OCTANE magazine’s Robert Coucher blogs about what he considers, ‘the best historic motor racing event in the world.’
It’s been 48 years since Goodwood’s Lord March has hosted a Members’ Meeting event, but he and his team have obviously outdone themselves this year. It was the 72nd Goodwood Members’ Meeting and while it is typically for members of the Goodwood Racing Club, it has been opened up this year to members of some serious single marque clubs. The results: 15,000 people per day and some of the most incredible racecars and racing on the planet. Lord March now plans on putting this event on Goodwood’s annual calendar.
