Jake Angel & Larry Webb’s TEAM ZORA USA WEST ROCKS! at the SOVREN Fall Finale at Pacific Raceways.
Jake Angel, driving the number 111 Team Zora USA West ’60 Corvette Fuelie, set a new Mile-Per-Hour record for C1 vintage Corvettes on Saturday, September 19th, at Pacific Raceways, in Kent, WA. Veteran road racer and Rochester Fuel Injection guru Larry Webb, and Jake’s son, Jaydin, supported the team’s effort.
The new record eclipsed the old record by several miles per hour. Jake led the second SOVREN race of the day for several laps, only to be passed by a ‘62 Lotus 23, but finished a solid second behind the Lotus. TEAM ZORA USA WEST ROCKS! To a Podium finish!
