The guys from Classic Car Studio build a resto-mod pickup for a well-deserved Marine Corps veteran and retired fire fighter to help him deal with PTSD.
After serving his country in the Marine Corps and then 23 years as a fire fighter, where he developed PTSD, the hero owner of this Boss 429 powered pickup is, like his truck, enjoying a new lease on life. He drove into the St. Louis, MO Classic Car Studio in a beat-up farm truck and drove out in a show-stopping, kick-ass pickup that goes as well as it shows.
The conversion from well-worn work truck to 730 horsepower stunner was all captured on video and featured on last week’s episode of Velocity Channel’s, Speed is the New Black.
